Quintra Bill: Spanish Dances, Song and Dance, Water, Classical Variations, The Nutcracker Act II ON TOUR
September 3rd, 1988 — September 3rd, 1988
The Quintra Bill was staged in Bundaberg with children from local ballet schools dancing the children's roles in The Nutcracker. Giving depth to the two performance, Tim Kay and Susan McDonald from the Victorian College of the Arts danced The Prince and The Sugar Plum Fairy. Judith Lowe was able to wield her influence to secure these two talented young dancers, with the generous support of Gary Norman who taught the dancers in Melbourne.
Spanish Dances was a short ballet choreographed by Carol Adair; Song and Dance, Water and Classical Variations were choreographed by Leslie White; and Nutcracker Act II was reproduced by Wendy Lowe and Judith Lowe.
This program was also performed in the Butter Factory at Kingston.
